# NavaFit Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NavaFit services operated by Tinesh Awai Veera under the NavaFit brand, including:

– the NavaFit Alignment mobile or web app
– forms, waitlists, previews, and coaching-related tools
– future connected services, integrations, and features offered under the NavaFit brand
By accessing or using NavaFit services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Features may change over time, and some services may be experimental, limited, or available only by invitation, region, platform, or future release.

If you create an account:

– you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
– you must keep your login credentials secure
– you must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or are used in a fraudulent or abusive manner.

NavaFit provides fitness, wellness, training, and educational content only. NavaFit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should seek qualified medical advice before beginning or changing any fitness, nutrition, recovery, or breathwork programme, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or other health concern.
Do not use NavaFit for emergency or urgent medical situations.
## 6. AI, Preview, And Informational Features
NavaFit may include AI, preview, or recommendation features. Any outputs from those features are provided for general informational and training-support purposes only.
They may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and training choices.
## 7. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
– use NavaFit unlawfully or in violation of another person’s rights
– provide false or misleading information
– attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
– interfere with the security or performance of the service
– upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content
– misuse any preview, AI, or connected-service feature
– copy, scrape, or exploit the service in a way not permitted by law or these Terms
## 8. Connected Services And Third Parties
NavaFit may support third-party sign-in, hosting, analytics, health, or wearable integrations. If you choose to use them, your use may also be governed by the terms and privacy practices of those third parties.
We are not responsible for third-party products, services, availability, or policies.

Unless otherwise stated, NavaFit and its content, branding, designs, text, graphics, media, software, and training materials are owned by or licensed to NavaFit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of NavaFit intellectual property to you.
You may use the service only for your personal or internal lawful use unless we give you separate written permission.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, or improvement requests, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
You remain responsible for ensuring that anything you submit to us does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Your use of NavaFit is also subject to the NavaFit Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on a privacy-specific issue, the Privacy Policy will control for that issue.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of NavaFit at any time, with or without notice, including features that are experimental, in preview, or still under development.
We are not obligated to keep any specific feature available.
## 13. Paid Services
If NavaFit introduces paid services, subscriptions, programmes, or digital products, additional commercial terms may apply. Those additional terms will be presented before purchase or enrollment.
## 14. Termination
You may stop using NavaFit at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

– we reasonably believe your use creates legal, security, or reputational risk
– continued operation is no longer commercially or technically practical
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NavaFit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:

– the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
– outputs, recommendations, or analytics will always be accurate
– integrations with third parties will remain available

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NavaFit and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NavaFit and its operator from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
